Apple says that Andy Rubin may have gotten one of the ideas used in Android from way back when he worked at Apple.
Apple is suing HTC for patent infringement in the International Trade Court, alleging that HTC's Android phones infringe on its patents.
Previously, HTC made an argument that Android founder Andy Rubin started working on mobile platforms in the mid-1990s when he was with General Magic.
So far, Apple hasn't sued Google directly -- it's
only gone after Android resellers.
But if Apple sues Google over this patent, Mueller believes it could result in an injunction forcing Google to stop shipping the operating system.
